Peptides and anti-doping rules
An absent exact-name result is not permission. Athletes must check the current List, class clauses, name variants and the risk that a vial does not contain what its label says.
Anyone subject to anti-doping rules carries responsibility for what enters their body. Start with the governing page, perform the List check, then read the strict-liability and TUE limits.
Three checks, in order
1 · ContextExperimental peptides and the WADA Prohibited ListUnderstand prohibited classes, name variants, contamination and effective dates.
2 · Official checkCheck a peptide against the current ListUse the exact substance name and inspect class and catch-all clauses.
3 · ConsequenceTUEs and strict liabilityWhy supplier assurances and product labels do not remove athlete responsibility.
Use the official source
The publication explains the checking task but does not replace the current WADA Prohibited List or advice from an athlete’s anti-doping organisation.
Product identity remains separate
A label or certificate cannot guarantee what is in a vial. Read the contamination and mislabelling evidence .
